Problems signing up to Fongo Mobile

We've been trying to sign up for Fongo Mobile with our tablet. During the sign-up process, we are asked for our postal code. We live in a small community where one postal code serves the whole town and surrounding area. Once we enter that postal code, we can't proceed any further. It declares that it's an invalid postal code. What can be done with this?
