Wouldn't it be nice if all text messages got through
When I request a reset code from a financial institution I expect it to come through but no, apparently it's getting blocked over and over for one reason or another . This and occasionally personal texts don't get through. I guess that's what I should expect from a free texting service, oh wait I'm actually paying for this...

You can receive security codes to Fongo Mobile from Google, Microsoft and Yahoo. However, financial institutions do not send such codes to a Voip phone number or a free email address for security reasons.

If the app has this kind of limitation then it would probably be better if you clearly communicate it in messaging and store sections

The limitation originates from financial institutions. They have a database of VOIP phones and free email addresses. I experienced that earlier this year when I called CIBC to reset my password. They refused to send the reset code to Fongo and bell.net email and the reason they provided is 'security'.
