When I make a call with the application the screen blacks out and I can't see anything.
Any ideas?

Re: Android Problem
Well, not sure if this will fix your problem, but there is already an app update available that deals with "proximity sensor improvements". This is the sensor that will blank your screen if the phone is up at your ear, so this fix may help you?
Re: Android Problem
I just updated my install, and it messed everything up. I had to completely remove everything and re-install.
My keypad goes very dark when on a call also. Black when it is up to my face. For me it is very difficult to see what numbers to press when calling the voicemail.
On a side note, it would probably be a good idea for a "Mobile Phone Make" option added to the list of information that we can enter (on the right under the profile pic). Otherwise there are going to be a lot of requests as to which phones people are using.
Desire HD BTW.
