Bluetooth support

Bluetooth support could be a bit better.

1. When I make or receive a call I have to select Bluetooth from a menu that comes up otherwise it goes to the ear piece if I don't press anything. (I have ticked the box in preferences)
2. I can't accept a call via the Bluetooth earpiece like normal. I have to press accept on the phone.

I use Bluetooth so I don't need to look or touch my phone (while driving for example). With the DellVoice app I have to which isn't ideal.

Talking when using Bluetooth does work so this is not a huge problem, but maybe an area that could be looked at.
