[resolved] about follow me to another Dellvoice number

Hi,

if I apply 2 number in 2 cities, one number is my city, another number is my parents city. Could you let me to set "follow me" forward my parents city number to my city number, then my parents can easily call me, because it is a local number for them. Why I ask, because at this moment, the Dellvoice app can only support one number. When I try to set "follow me" forward one number to another Dellvoice number, it shows "This number is already used as a FollowMe number by someone else". Can you fix that?

Hi sherman, at the moment you can only have one Dell Voice number forwarded to a particular "follow me" number at a time.
I would suggest signing up a Dell voice account for your parents to use
