I received an invoice from Fongo today. But I did not make any purchase from the Fongo Online store. In the invoice, it showed that the last payment was in 2011. I just registered my DellVoice number two days ago.
Then I checked my online account and found that other person's name and credit card number is linked with my account. So who should I contact?

I would call in and talk to them directly. Obviously there is a mix up with accounts, or you have managed to pick up a number for an account that was deleted. Either way, call in and talk to a CSR http://www.dellvoice.ca/contactUs
