Suggested Free Calling Area: Chilliwack (pop 110,000)

I live in the Fraser Valley, BC, and it seems strange to me that Abbotsford and Hope are considered major population centers with free calling, while Chilliwack is not. Located around half-way between the two, Chilliwack has over 110,000 people while Hope only has around 6,000. Any chance Chilliwack could be added to the Free Calling area? Seems strange that calling across the country is free, but calling my neighbour costs $0.02/min.

I would also give this a "tick mark" as Chilliwack seems to be the missing link between the two centres of Abbotsford and Hope. I found it odd at first that Chilliwack was not included and at first thought that it was an oversight -- this may not have been the case, but would be something to get someone that deals with the actual "FREE-ness" of things to take a 2nd look at.

To note also: Chilliwack is another one of those ratecentres that is more than just itself ... Sardis, Rosedale and Yarrow are rate-centre names that are all within the borders of "Chilliwack" as it currently stands, and SHOULD therefore be considered to be part of it for the purposes of tariffing calls. They are part of the traditional wireline LCA (but that is getting into another kettle of fish altogether)
