Failed to connect with right login/password

Hi!
I cant login with old number which I registered almost 9 months ago from Freephoneline.(password and login are corect because I can easily login on website Freephoneline) I registered again on website Dellvoice and got new number after that I didnt have problem with login in app.
Looks like numbers(old) from FreePhoneline doesnt work with Dellvoice app.
Newertheless I need to use my old number but this app doesnt want to accept my old number from FreePhoneline. :(

Maybe some of you know how to solve this problem? :?: :?: :?:

You can't log into DellVoice with your FPL/Fongo account details.

If you really want to use your FPL number with DellVoice, then you can call in and get it ported over, but that will cost you 25$ from what I understand.
