Display Caller ID, name, and address information if possible

Hi,
I just tried 2 great apps on android market which can show Caller True ID and other information. Their name is "Canada Phonebook" and "Call Sniffer Canada". and there is an US app ,"Real Caller ID",too. These apps can show the Caller ID and other caller information when income a call or miss a call. However, these kind of apps can not work with VOIP app. So is it possible to add this great feature to Dell Voice?
