Motorola spice support? (320 x 480)

Post by ssy080 »

Hello,

I have motorola spice and installed dell voice on it.

It installs & opens fine, but cannot properly use the app because of the resolution. In the dialpad tab, I only see the ad and no dialpad. For incoming calls, I see no accept button so can't accept calls. But I can dial out under history/contacts.

Thank you!

The sizing issue is normally caused by the display resolution of the phone. On phones with a lower lever resolution level, this "squeezing" will occure.
