DELL voice with bluetooth home phone

Hi,
I have a bluetooth home phone (http://www.vtechphones.com/vtechphones/ ... t-to-cell/) that allow to connect two devices (cell or any bluetooth device) and I tried to connect my Dell voice app from IPAP to it. I am able to call with the bluetooth device, but not able to make it ring (receive call). Is there any way to achieve that? If so, it will be a really easy to replace my residential line for free!
