Add Peterborough or Millbrook to free calling cities

It would be awesome if you could add the City of Peterborough, Ontario, Canada to the free calling cities I've noticed a few towns on the list that are much smaller then the city of Peterborough so I'm quite surprised its not listed. A alternate for the city of Peterborough could be Millbrook, Ontario it's a small town next to Peterborough that does not occure long distence charges, but it hosts a company called Nexicom that owns telephone lines for Millbrook, Caven & Keene & supplies phone service for much of Peterborough as a alternative for the bell canada monopoly. I can only assume the reason why neither of these cites are likely on the list is because of these two companies, and the fact Peterborough is running out of area code phone numbers. >_> Never the less would be awesome if it could be made possible.
