Cant connect to fungo 4G in Morocco

Hi i cannot connect to fongo usinf cellular data on my iphone 6 using latest ios version and with coomies enabled.

The cell carrier is Maroc Telecom.

No problem connecting usinf wifi, but cant connect using cellular data.

I tried from my iphone and ipad pro using mobile hotspot.

Please help

Update

I fixed my problem. Installed Opera VPN, ran the vpn and voilà, connects to Fungo without problem now....
