no incoming calls under wifi

Using fongo version 3.8.5.26 under home wifi, the first 30mins after initial login everything works, no problem for incoming calls and call out, but after 30mins then only can call out and unable to receive incoming calls, the calls will go to voice mail after 5 rings. If logout and login again everything work again.

Did the port forwarding in the router for 5060 and 13000 UDP, no change. please help.
