Custom voice welcome voice message

Hi,
The default voice mail message is in English. It there any way I can set it in French or use my own receiving voice message (custom)? Additionally, when one calls, it goes automatically to voicemail. It does not ring even though I set it to ring at least 3 times.

If you log in online you can change the Voicemail settings there to French or Spanish. Admittedly I have never tried or tested this, but I do know some people have changed it in the past and it has been OK for them.

By calling your voicemail number you should be able to get in and create your own welcome message also. You might have to change what options are offered to you, maybe this link will help with that. https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/arti ... l-settings
