Hi,
My Fongo’s voice mail is set to make a copy to my Outlook Live mailbox since 1 year.
Everything works fine until a month ago. Since the all the notifications sended to my email are ending in trash folder.
I didn’t make any change before in my mail account that could occur this.
I’ve try to find a workaround in Outlook and create a domain rule to accept and/or put it in my incoming box all the emails from @crazyum01.worldline.ca .But still no luck since the filter need a single prefix to work. The only way i’ve found, for now, is to right-click on a specific Voicemail in the junkmail and add it one by one rule to an authorised list .
Does anyone could help please ?
