Account not validate

Hi there, I registered this phone service on 30th Sept. 2015 and I still have the email confirmation from this site. http://www.freephoneline.ca

However, today I login with my username and password, it tells me that the account is invalid.

My email address is lizhercic (at) g mail.com, could you help me with it.

Reason: posting your email address publicly is a good way to end up being spammed

Freephoneline and Fongo are to be seen as separate companies really. You can't log into Fongo with your FPL details.

If you initially signed up on FPL, then you need to log in here https://www.freephoneline.ca/login

If you have tried that, it could be that your account has been deleted. This page might help you with that https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/arti ... t-deleted- or here for FPL https://support.freephoneline.ca/hc/en- ... t-deleted-

If you still think your account should be valid and can't log in, then send in a support ticket https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and they should be able to help you.
