FONGO using FIDO Data SIM

I am new to Fongo so this might be answered elsewhere already.

I am using FONGO for Voice and I use it to send Texts when connected to a WIFI set up.

For mobility purposes I have been using a Huawei MIFI unit with a Virgin Mobile SIM to give me a portable WIFI. This all works
and VM only sees data packets from the MIFI (i.e. no added billing for texts or voice)

My question is :

If I install a FIDO DATA ONLY SIM in my Nexus 5 phone and use FONGO for voice and SMS will FIDO "see" the texts I am sending for billing
purposes? i.e. If I send a Message using FONGO is it wrapped in the WIFI and never identified as a text by FIDO for billing
purposes?

No, Fido will only see data usage. With Fongo, the voice minutes you use and texts you send all use either WiFi or your mobile data plan, not minutes or traditional SMS limits.
