How to restore deleted text message on iPhone

I'm a heavy SMS user and subscribe SMS all the year. Sometimes I accidentally deleted some of my message. Is there a way to restore those deleted messages? I'm using iPhone with data only plan. It would be nice to have a feature which automatically send text message to a specified email address.
