Failed to receive calls when logged out or uninstalled

I have been trying to stop using fongo by logging out and uninstalling the app..Tried contacting support but they keep telling me to logout for 90 days. However my phone is unable to receive any incoming calls from my android. Is there anyway to leave fongo completely? My number is ported. Thanks in advance.

If you mean your number has been ported out, then just don't use the app and eventually the account will be reclaimed.

If you ported your number in, then the account won't be closed and will just sit there.

If you don't want Fongo any more, just don't use the app any more - or am I missing something?
