SMS Web Console

I'm new to these forums and to this whole idea. I will give my introduction below, but will jump right in for the time being:

I was wondering what fongo offers in the way of a web console for sending and receiving sms messages? I would like to be able to send and receive sms messages from my computer as opposed to my phone for various reasons. Is this available? is this feature on the way?

Introduction:
I'm on a 16-month discovery journey to find a way to cut my telecom bill and disconnect my primary phone number from my primary phone carrier. in 16-months my phone tab will be paid off and I'll be looking to "cut the cord".

By the way, although receiving SMS is free, sending SMS to non-Fongo numbers is not free: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/arti ... ne-numbers.
