Call Failed - iOS LTE

Everytime I call with the iOS the recipient gets a single ring and the call disconnects with a error message saying "call failed". I can call with Wifi without any issues. The LTE speed is not slow, I used the same service, sim card, etc with my Android device to make Fongo calls without any issues.
How do I resolve it? I use Fongo as my main phone so this is a huge problem.
