Can’t register using application on my iPhone and IPad

I have bought Fongo World Edition app today on my iPhone, but unfortunately I can’t register within it because the page doesn’t load. I have tried to register on site but I could not find there where to do it.
I would be really grateful, if somebody tells me what is the problem?
