Hi all, I'm having an issue with my text messages getting cut off after 3 lines, both when I send texts and when I receive texts from others. It started happening after the new Fongo update with the newer look of the mobile app. Anyone else having this issue? How can it be fixed? Fongo Support never gets back to me, even though I send them requests, and if they do, they just refer me to the FAQ page which does not answer my question at all. Thanks, would appreciate the help.

I'm not having this problem on iOS, at least with receiving texts. You've tapped on the 3 lines to expand the message fully, correct?

When you submit the ticket, mention the model and firmware version of the device you're using in addition to the version of the app you're using.
