lots of problems with the Dell voice website today

Post by ckeays »

lots of problems now when trying to log on to my Dell voice account.

Error messages like "Error retrieving SIP settings from server" when I select Follow me settings.

Selecting voicemail settings gives this message "Error occurred while loading data from server"

the settings that load are not the right ones. (the language for example is in French and should be in English.

Any news as to what caused this issue? And has the "fix" been permanent or can we expect this to resurface?

It was an issue in the back end, can't really say much more than that, and shouldn't happened again.

I got the same message "Selecting voicemail settings gives this message "Error occurred while loading data from server"" today after trying to set up my voice mail preferences. I also got my account does not exist when trying to go through my cell phone to record a voice mail message.
