wrong digits when dialing an extension
Hi,
Everything worksfine with my FPL account (using an OBI202) except one thing :
When I call a general number and get answered by an auto attendant asking me to enter an extension number.
When I enter the extension number on my analog phone, it doesnt work or I get transfered to the wrong extension ?
Whatis the problem ? Is it related to my analog phone ? Is there a setting I can change on my OBI box to correctthis issue ?
Thanks.

I would suggest to check OBI and ensure is setup as per below:

Perfect, I followed the Rogers procedure (even if I use Vidéotron) and it works perfectly, I just tried.
Thanks !

Please login into your ATA config and change the dtmf mode from auto to inband.

Re: wrong digits when dialing an extension
Hi,
another problem just appeared. When I call my auto attendant (let's say from my cell which is a trusted caller), when I hit 1 to continue with the call or 2 to redirect, the auto attendant doesnt pick up the DTMF tones....
Any idea what I can do ?
Thanks
