Hi I experience bad outbound quality, the inbound quality is good but at the other end everyone complains about the quality they get.
So my question is, is it the network the problem (Virgin H+) typical downdload speed at 4mbs and upload at 1mbs
or my Samsung S2X performance ?
I want to know if it would be worthed go to with a LTE phone or not
Thanks
Bad Outbound quality cause by Network OR phone specs?

I thought the S2X was already an LTE phone.
In my experience, LTE in Canada is not much better than 3G when it comes to VOIP. The reason is that your telco is shaping your traffic. That is why your audio is so awful. You might get better results if you put your VOIP traffic through an OpenVPN gateway, but it is not easy to set up an OpenVPN connection, an OpenVPN connection tends to be harder on the battery, and good results are still not guaranteed. Upside is that the telco is unable to snoop your traffic.
