Can't Call Virgin Mobile Number

I am using freephoneline as my home phone, today I had my cell phone number ported from Telus to Virgin Mobile. I can not call my cell phone, I get the message 5UT1, the number you have called can not accept incoming calls.
Does anyone have any idea what happened, how to solve it? Thanks.

I'm sorry, the message I get is this number is not equipped to handle incoming calls.

This would suggest your number has not been completely set up yet on Virgin. Do you get the same message if you call from another phone?
