Call Logs

Post by Joe B »

Hi, have looked through the forms and can't find out anything on clear out, or erasing the call logs. Is it possible to erase the call logs?
Thanks

Not as far as I know. They do only show the last few months, but for actually purging them, no.

Check to see what RTP port your HT502 is using, I think the default is 5004. Now if set up correctly, your 5000-6000 range should just work fine. I would personally only forward SIP port 6060 and RTP port 5004 because they are the only 2 ports the ATA needs.
