call my cell freom freephoneline phone

HI,

I used to get a softphone for desktop and a 647 number from fongo. I tested for a while,it works very well.
so, I bought $50 unlocked key by login my account, choose online store. then I got freephoneline.ca order confirm email and and after setting up ATA (grandstream ht702) , it seems I could call my cell from the home phone(647#) and from my cell call the 647 number is good also.

but I cannot call any other local numbers. it's so wired to me.

who have any idea what's going on?

sorry, I just found out, it could call other local number, just I cannot hear ringback tone, so I don't know if the call is going through or not before hung up.
since I used my cell to test, so I know it went through.

I just call my friend's cell, I can hear the ring tone, just from my home phone, I cannot hear ringback tone.

any idea about it?
