Just received adapter/Not working

Just received adapter/Not working
So I just received my grandstream adapter. Did what the manual says, then got a dial tone. This was good. Was to make a call but forgot to press the flash button to make it. I hung up, tried it again and it's not working anymore. I tried the power cycling with no success. I have no end button but a flash button. I tried to "Depress" the button as the manual says again with no success. How can I proceed?

Problem was solved with the help of Fongo Support. I'm satisfied with the service they gave me.

received my adapter. followed guide - their is a dial tone, one green light on adapter. Nothing else working. help

As long as the device is connected to Internet, it should work with no issues.
If there are any issues, you should open a support ticket to have your device checked.
