bad voice quality due to network

hi
I have choppy voice problems.
I tried from 4 diferent locations . See sample below:

72.53.108.xxx

Note: you can always run winmtr and use voip.freephoneline.ca as a host to test your Internet connection.

Winmtr is a tool that will measure packet loss on your Internet connection.

is not my connection.
As I said in my message (you delete details) I tried traceroute from 3 diferent locations . My connection is guarantee. I work for world top 5 company, no way to blame my connections.

So, from my job, my home, my 3 vps on cloud is the same.

you do something on 208.85.223.242 (vl-14.tor0151606-crs1.ne.fibernetics.ca)


problems occurs only during the bussines hours .

root@frodo:~# traceroute voip.freephoneline.ca -n
traceroute to voip.freephoneline.ca (208.65.240.165), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets
