When I used to dial *98' the voicemail prompts were all in English and all of a sudden, they are now in French. I could have sworn I checked ALL the personal menu options , but cannot seem to find it.
Anyone?

There is no option to select the language with *98.
To switch from French to English or Spanish:
- login to http://www.fongo.com and enter your login credentials
- click Account, Settings, Voicemail Settings
- in Preferred language, select English
- logout
I just made a test, changing from French to English, then from English to French and it was working.

Aha.. That did it, thank you!
On Freephoneline.ca I had to click on SETTINGS off the MAIN ADMIN tab and from there, VOICEMAIL SETTINGS indeed somehow listed "Preferred Language" as French. Set to English and it's all good.
