busy signal

When I try to record a person a message, there are varying lengths of time before a busy signal come on cutting me off. It has happened 10 to 15 times. I plugged an analog phone into the fongo box and after about 6 tries I was able to record a personal message without a busy signal tone cutting me off. Is this normal?

Hi,

That is not normal. Please open a support ticket- this behavior is common to Fongo device connected to a Hitron Modem.

The support team need to reset account at the back end to accommodate with Hitron modem.
