Callers are reporting that when they dial my number that lots of times they get a "dead" line, total silence or again the same followed by a busy signal. This seems to be an intermitent problem as some incoming calls do get through. All calls do show-up in my log. I've complained twice so far in the last few days. The first time I was sent a reply to reset my ATA which made no improvements. I'm still waiting for a reply to my second ticket.
I'm a fairly recent Fongo customer with ported number and have experienced this very annoying problem since joining. Anyone else having the same problem or can shed some light on solving this?
