Busy signal incoming calls

Recently start experiencing following issue: unable receive incoming calls on my fongo home phone. Keep getting busy signal right after 2nd ring on incoming calls. Outgoing calls work perfect.
Opened service ticket, but that didnt help much (person from support upgraded firmware on Grandstream HT701 and made some changes in settings through remote access). Still about 70% off all incoming calls get busy signal on 2nd ring (unless Im picking up after 1st ring - works fine then), therefore they are not going to my answering machine (set for 4 rings), neither to fongo voicemail (set for 8 rings).

Problem started just recently, before - no major problem for couple years

Pls, HELP!!!

Did you upgraded your modem or router recently?

If you call your number from ceratin providers do you experience this issue or from all providers?

a) if you call your line from another Fongo or FPL line it rings?
b) if you call from Rogers?
c) if you call from Bell?
d) if you call from other cell providers?
d) if you call from other voip providers?

Did you upgraded your modem or router recently?

Yes, from Rogers advanced modem to Rogers Rocket, both are Hitron

If you call your number from ceratin providers do you experience this issue or from all providers?

No correlation with provider. The same number can go through, and next time getting disconnected on 2nd ring. Right now about half of all my incoming calls get disconnected ( all on 2nd ring)

Just quick update - my phone started working again. Updating firmware on Rogers modem (CGN3ACSMR) resolved problem.
At this moment update seems to be unavailable through customer support, but might be requested on Rogers Community forum.
