Fongo Home Phone Number Used By Fongo Mobile App

Hi, I have a FPL phone number, but I can't use the same credential to login to Fongo mobile app to use it. Does this mean FPL account and Fongo mobile account are different? Do I need to apply for a Fongo mobile credential and another phone number? Thanks.

Fongo and FPL are 2 separate entities under the Fibernetics umbrella. The login credentials are not interchangeable, and you need a separate account for either.
