account not valid message

New adapter in the mail, plug in as per instructions, get dial tone, but any dialed number gets the message "account not valid".
Well my account has the right name, paid up, and intl credits, and takes voicemail from an outside line, so how can it not be valid?
Surprised to see no one else has this topic.
Why do they give you a temporary phone number, yet the instructions say dont hook it up until you get a confirmation e-mail about porting?
Yes I paid for the porting. Who can help?

We are facing exactly the same issue right after we've ported our phone number.
-get dial tone
-any dialed number gets the message "account not valid"
-cant get any call on our phone adapter
-voicemail linked to the email is working perfectly
Our temporary phone number did worked perfectly. Since the porting has been done and confirmed, we've replaced the "User ID", that did correspond to the temporary phone number, with the ported phone number.

It looks like the VoIP Unlock Key is now invalid since we've ported the phone number..

Is it possible that the link between the phone number and the VoIP Unlock key is no more valid after the porting?

We've also noticed that the ported phone number does not include the '1' before the 10 digits as 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx. Is it important to set back this missing digit?

Any idea?
