the support people keep telling me the desktop app download link is in
"App Settings" > "Downloads"
I could not find it.
Also the android app in google play called Fongo
It does not work with my freephoneline.ca account.
Help please!!

Desktop app is there: sign in to freephoneline.ca, go to App Settings, scroll down and select Settings, then Download.
Fongo is not the same as freephoneline. They are separate services and require separate accounts.
