Moving from one city to another

I am moving from one city to a small town within the same area code. Do I keep my present Fongo number or do I need to get a new number

That is up to you. You could move to another country if you wanted to, and keep the old number. Fongo does not care. You should update your 911 information though, when you move to the new place. Other than that, no issues.
