I have a problem with my home line. The line will operate for a duration and then stops. I unplug the Granstream box I have for a while, plug it back in and it works for a while and then fails again. I continually need to unplug and plug for the line to be operational. Any ideas on the problem? Do I need a new box?

If you are a Fongo Home Phone customer, I would suggest submitting a support ticket https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new They can see a lot more of your account than we can and should be able to assist you faster. There might be a setting or two that needs adjusting.
