I open a ticket on 18 Nov 2016,
I receive an email from Fongo on 19 Nov 2016 "You account was blocked because it is with Fongo Mobile and yet you're using an SPA which is not allowed.
Please confirm"
I try to cooperate with support to return an email
"1. I disconnect my SPA , Try to call 5146674494 from my cell , it give the same message "This account is blocked"
2. Try to connect with the soft phone Xlite (as I can used before when I am out of Canada) it can not connect either
3. I have been using the SPA adapter for more than 4 year, suddenly it is blocked. If you change the configuration at your side. What can I do
Please tell me What should I do, Without home phone that is my big problem"
I have not received any support from. This is my home phone, it is not a mobile phone
Please support me since I can't call out and in so miss the important call out site
