"This account number is not valid" message

HI,
My old number was supposed to be ported from Vonage to Fongo today.
I got the email saying that it was done today. I have reset the Fongo adapter twice but when I dial out, its saying "This account number is not valid"

I got the same issue today, After I got the email confirmation of number porting complete. Setup the adapter and see all 4 lights on, but it says "this account number is not valid"
