I have a new phone and Caller ID feature no longer works

I purchased a new set of cordless phone, and the caller id feature of Fongo Home Phone no longer works.

The new phone is Panasonic, model # KX-TGDA39C.

I turned on the Caller ID setting from the handset, and the user manual for the phone says that I must subscribe to a Caller ID service in order to use the feature. I understand that Fongo Home Phone service comes with Caller ID feature, and I know that I have been using it with my previous phone.

Can anyone help me with this?

Any caller ID (name or number) will be sent from the ATA rather than the phone. Maybe you set the ATA to private?

If you can't find the star code to turn that on or off, reply with your ATA model and I'm sure someone will know the code for it.
