Canceling my Fongo Home Phone

Hello, I'd like to cancel my service starting the first of September and then continue using Fongo on my smartphone instead.

I've noticed that there is either no way to cancel Fongo on my account page or I just fail to see where the cancellation part is.

I don't think I have seen anyone mention how to cancel their account. I would start with a support ticket https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

You won't be able to just take your number and start using it on a mobile account. If you are attached to it you will have to move it over. https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/articles/212436246 That page mentions FPL, but it is the same process.

Otherwise just set up a new Fongo account and cancel the Home Phone.

By moving to Fongo Mobile I meant that I have a Fongo Mobile number already.

That makes it a lot less complicated then :)

Just send in a ticket and they should be able to sort your out.
