Cannot receive calls from one particular telephone number

I have been a Fongo customer for one month approx. I have had problems with my Internet due to issues originating with my ISP. The internet appears to be stable for the moment. In the last week my one remaining problem is that my daughter cannot call my house from her Home Phone. She appears to be the only person who has problems with calling me. I have rebooted my Fongo adaptor and my daughter has no special status or blockage on transmitting her number.
Any ideas?

Have you ported a number into Fongo Home Phone recently? If so, you may want a wait a day or two for porting information to update to all carriers.

Is your daughter using a VoIP service? The issue may be on her end. Tell her to look for a feature called "SIP ALG" in her router and try disabling it. If the router was issued by her ISP, tell her to contact her ISP to help her get SIP ALG disabled. If she's not having problems calling any other number, then SIP ALG is unlikely to be the issue.

Otherwise, I suggest submitting a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. In the ticket, provide your daughter's phone number. It could be a carrier issue.

Fongo Support helped me resolve this incoming issue.
The problem lies with my ISP. The ISP very quickly reviewed my account and corrected the issue from their end. Probably a software/transla6tion problem with my account.
