It is my understanding that free FPL accounts have only 2 channels. Is it the same for the Fongo Home service? How about Fongo Works?

In my use case I need to forward calls to another number so I need at least 4 channels to allow for 2 concurrent calls to be forwarded. Do any of the Fongo services offer that number of channels? I used to be with Fongo but had to port out a couple of years ago because of this issue. I prefer to come back if the scenario above is now possible.

Freephoneline has 2 channels. Fongo Home Phone has 4.

I'm not sure about Fongo Works. You'd have to ask (or test yourself): https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
