It was working great with my temporary number when I received Fongo Phone adapter H801 in end of November.
In early this month (December 2020) after porting my phone number I can’t make any call .
Always received message “This account number is not vaild “ after dial any number.
If I call my number it go to voicemail box automatically.
I find in my adapter the SIP user ID still my temporary phone number whatever how many times reset my device.
Reported many times support tickets and Fongo closed all tickets told me problem solved.
But my phone still has same problem.
Is anyone can tell me what I can do.

That is the problem. It needs to be changed to your new number (starting with 1). Visit https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/arti ... ted-number to see whether any of those solutions help.

If not, none of the volunteer moderators here can do anything since we don't work for Fongo. There's literally nothing we can do. Your ATA configuration is locked to Fongo's provisioning server, and Fongo Support staff is not obliged to read these forums or respond here. Support staff does not work during holidays nor on weekends.

You can try power cycling your ATA and then check to see whether an updated configuration was sent to your device.
