My phone won't ring sometime.

Hi, I am a Fongo Homephone customer, successfully ported my number and is enjoying the service.

The problem I am getting though, is that sometime income calls won't ring to my phone.
The caller has the dialing tone, and everything seems normal from the caller's side,
so it felt like I am not at my phone most of the time, but the fact is my phone just won't ring.

If I re-plug the power for the ATA, it will fix itself, I can receive calls as normal that way,
but it does not last very long, after some time, 2 hour or so, callers can't call me again.

I can always call out while the issue occurs, but no one can call in.

The ATA I am currently using is the white one with 4 lights on it, that came from Fongo through the mail.
Is there something wrong with my ATA or account?
