Email customer support to change account info?

I can't seem to find an email address on the Fongo site...

I want to change my billing info, but I don't have time to call while customer service is in the office... is there a way to email new information in?

The chances are they will want you to call, just so they can verify you as the account holder, especially as it concerns billing and money.

Fongo Support (Jacqui), I was going to suggest checking online, but in my account I only have the 911 details, not billing details. I do not have Home Phone so it may be different there, but could you confirm that the actual billing details can be changed online, or is it just 911 details?

Wanted to update my credit card info, I don't see an option for that when I log in.

What is their contact phone number? If they want to continue to receive my money, they may want my new credit card number.

Maybe they should post a phone number.

I resolved my problem with sip setting for Rogers Customers with Hitron CGN2/CGN3 Modem. However, I have vmedia and Motorola SB6141 modem. Thanks
